🎯 About the Position

As a Technical Product Manager at Memorang, you'll architect the internal workflows, tools, and infrastructure that empower our teams to build transformative AI-driven educational experiences. Our product uniquely focuses on operationalizing the expertise of educators through vertical integration, automation, and advanced AI agents—and you'll apply these same principles internally, continuously refining and reimagining how we work.

You'll collaborate closely with talented engineers, AI specialists, product designers, and educators, crafting frictionless developer experiences, scalable systems, and automated processes. You'll also own essential platforms like Linear and Notion, directly impacting productivity and collaboration across the entire company. 🧠 What You’ll Do

🧱 Build the Foundation

• Own the roadmap and execution of core infrastructure, including our AI orchestration layer, developer tooling, and API platforms
• Define schemas, data models, and backend service behaviors in collaboration with engineering
• Spearhead internal productization of reusable components like agents, prompt frameworks, and LangGraph flows

🧠 Bridge AI and Product

• Partner with AI engineers to translate research prototypes into robust, production-ready features
• Define requirements for agent behaviors, memory architectures, and performance SLAs
• Ensure our AI systems are extensible, observable, and modular by design

📈 Drive Systems Thinking

• Identify bottlenecks across data pipelines, monitoring, developer experience, and lead solutions to remove them
• Help productize “meta-tools” like prompt sandboxes, evaluation dashboards, or usage analytics
• Champion reliability, scalability, and velocity across internal and external systems
• Manage Linear workflows including backlog grooming, cycle planning, ticket structure, and release tracking
• Organize and maintain Notion as a central knowledge base for product specs, team documentation, strategy, and rituals
