🎯 About the Position

As Memorang’s Senior AI Agents Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the intelligent systems that power our learning experiences. You’ll work on cutting-edge agent infrastructure that learns, reasons, and improves over time.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role that combines backend engineering, AI experimentation, and strategic thinking.

You’ll join a team that has already deployed agent-powered products to real users and is ready to scale to millions more.

🧠 What You’ll Do

🧩 Architect and Scale AI Agent Infrastructure

• Design and implement modular, event-driven systems that support intelligent agent workflows
• Build flexible agent runtimes that operate across web, mobile, and API surfaces
• Implement introspective tools that help agents reason, self-evaluate, and improve
• Leverage LLMs, RAG pipelines, and structured knowledge to enhance agent performance
• Create logs, traces, and debugging tools to understand agent “thinking” in production

🔬 Experiment, Iterate, Ship

• Test new approaches to agent memory, modularity, and autonomy
• Contribute to our LLMOps pipeline for prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring
• Partner with product, platform, and design teams to deliver user-facing intelligence
