šÆ AboutĀ theĀ Position
As Memorangās first Growth Engineer, youāll straddle the worlds of engineering and growth: 50% hands-on building, 50% strategy, experimentation, and monetization.
Youāll architect revenue engines and optimization systems that power our entire customer baseāfrom Fortune 500 publishers to scrappy startups.
This is a strategic role at the intersection of product, data, and business.
š§ What Youāll Do
āļø Build and Optimize Growth Systems
- Design and implement growth-critical user flowsāonboarding, paywalls, upsellsādirectly in our React Native codebase.
- Prototype and launch new monetization models, including subscriptions (Stripe + RevenueCat), headless commerce, and AI-native marketplaces.
- Automate GTM workflows and revenue ops, using AI tools and next-gen GTM stacks to drive scale and efficiency.
š Experiment, Analyze, Iterate
- Run data-driven GTM experiments: identify high-leverage strategies for user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through structured A/B and multivariate testing.
- Build dashboards, segment cohorts, and uncover insights that inform product direction and influence cross-functional teams.
- Set up end-to-end experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, event tracking, and analytics integrations.
š Audit, Align, and Strategize
- Conduct deep UX and competitive audits, mapping friction points and translating insights into product improvements.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure strategic alignment and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Meet directly with enterprise clients and work daily with the CEO, CRO, and CTO to surface hidden revenue opportunities and shape GTM strategy.
