🎯 About the Position

As Memorang’s first GTM Engineer, you’ll straddle the worlds of engineering and growth: 50% hands-on building, 50% strategy, experimentation, and monetization.

You’ll architect revenue engines and optimization systems that power our entire customer base—from Fortune 500 publishers to scrappy startups.

This is a strategic role at the intersection of product, data, and business.

🧠 What You’ll Do

⚙️ Build and Optimize Growth Systems

Design and implement growth-critical user flows—onboarding, paywalls, upsells—directly in our React Native codebase.
Prototype and launch new monetization models, including subscriptions (Stripe + RevenueCat), headless commerce, and AI-native marketplaces.
Automate GTM workflows and revenue ops, using AI tools and next-gen GTM stacks to drive scale and efficiency.

📊 Experiment, Analyze, Iterate

Run data-driven GTM experiments: identify high-leverage strategies for user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through structured A/B and multivariate testing.
Build dashboards, segment cohorts, and uncover insights that inform product direction and influence cross-functional teams.
Set up end-to-end experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, event tracking, and analytics integrations.
