🎯 About the Position

As a Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE), you are the tip of the spear for Memorang’s engineering and product strategy. Operating on the frontlines means you get first crack at early-access models and frameworks—often before they are public—experimenting to find how they can unlock new value for our platform and partners. Your discoveries directly shape our roadmap, ensuring our technology evolves as fast as the ecosystem itself.

🧠 What You'll Do

• Lead AI Transformation: Act as a technical advisor to help stakeholders visualize and adopt AI-native workflows that replace legacy processes.
• Unlock Trapped Value: Analyze and structure complex client IP to operationalize it within our agent and app deployment frameworks.
• Build Novel Experiences: Design and implement new types of learning interactions and assessments enabled by the latest generative AI capabilities.
• Rapid Prototyping: Prototype and ship production-ready features that prove value and solve real customer problems.
• Technical Diplomacy: Navigate complex enterprise integrations, translating technical constraints into business solutions.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Build responsive, performant web and mobile interfaces
• Maintain the Edge: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI models and frameworks to keep our stack ahead of the curve.

🧱 How to Hit the Ground Running

You can teach a course on:

• Building and scaling APIs, relational and graph data modeling, and event-driven systems
• Modern frontend development using React, performance tuning, and UI state management
• Applying design patterns and software engineering principles to real-world problems
• Using LLMs and frameworks like LangGraph in production
• Designing systems that balance velocity with extensibility
